All our pieces are 925 Sterling Silver plated in 18K Gold Vermeil. This gives our pieces that gorgeous golden colour, the sterling silver base means pieces will last you for years and the 18k gold is a thickness of 2.4 microns to ensure it is durable. But you still need to look after your precious pieces and we’ve included a handy guide below on how to do that.
Caring For and Wearing Your Jewelry
Remove your Jewelry when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a
chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your Jewelry. Keep your
Jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight. Avoid wearing your Jewelry when using bleach, cleaning
products and other chemicals.
Cleaning your Jewelry
Clean your Jewelry carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth which will helps maintain or bring back its shine. If
necessary, you can use a mild washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush, then rinse with clean water and pat dry
with a soft cloth. Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive Jewelry cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your
Jewelry over time. We do not recommend the use of any Jewelry polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or
polishing agents.
How to Store Your Jewelry
We highly recommend that you store your Jewelry in the original packaging provided or another suitably lined box or soft
pouch . Ideally store your pieces of Jewelry separately, so that they don’t rub together or become tangled.
How to Prevent Tarnishing
All our Sterling Silver product is protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish but this may eventually
wear with time. Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend
caring for, wearing and storing your Jewelry as mentioned above
