Established in 2020, Irum Atlas was born out of the desire to create good quality jewellery that can be worn daily and at a price point that doesn’t break the bank. The first collection launching 3rd March 2021 is focused around our founder and creative designer, Sebina Hussains’, love for pearls!
Jewellery Care Guide
All of our Irum Atlas pieces are categorised as fine Jewellery, made from precious metals including 925 Sterling Silver 925 with an 18k Gold Plating and therefore require specific care instructions to maintain their beauty and ensure you will get the best wear out of them for a longer period of time.
We recommended cleaning your Irum Atlas jewellery with warm water and washing up liquid. The natural chemical balance in washing up liquid compliments gold plated jewellery, gently washing it and bringing back the sparkle to the stones. In order to maintain its quality, store Gold plated jewellery separately to your other jewellery pieces. Our pieces are designed to last but you must avoid contact with certain chemicals including those commonly found in perfumes, hand sanitisers and some skincare products.
Caring For and Wearing Your Jewellery?
Water will not tarnish your pieces or erode the plating, however we do suggest removing your jewellery when you engage in heavy exercise as perspiration can affect the plating. Certain chemicals are also reactive with the plating so avoid wearing your pieces when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery. Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight. Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
Cleaning your Jewellery?
The best way to clean your jewlery and preserve the 18k gold plating is to use warm water with washing up liquid and rub gently. Washing up liquid has a natural PH Scale so wont affect the materials.
How to Store Your Jewellery?
We highly recommend that you store your jewellery in the original packaging provided or another suitably lined box or soft pouch . Ideally store your pieces of jewellery separately, so that they don't rub together or become tangled.
How to Prevent Tarnishing
All our pieces are protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish but this may eventually wear with time. Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewellery as mentioned above.

Delivery, Returns, Refunds Exchanges
In the interest of hygiene and safety, especially in the current climate, we currently hold a zero returns policy on all of our earrings products. All of our products are made with the highest attention to detail and care, if however your product arrives faulty please contact contact our customer service team who will be happy to refund or replace your item. Please note that all enquires regarding issues with your order must be made within 28 days of the dispatch date on your order and must be made by emailing our customer service team on Customerservice@irumatlas.co.uk
Order and Delivery process
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email. Once your order is packaged and dispatched, you will be updated with the relevant tracking details. We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order.
All Irum Atlas jewellery is packaged in a luxurious velvet suede pouch, in our branded box and bag, creating the ultimate premium gifting experience. If your order is for multiple gifts and you require extra packaging, please specify this upon checkout.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can request to return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We offer free returns on all faulty UK Orders, if you have simply changed your mind or for international orders, returns will be at the customer’s expense. To initiate a return please contact our customer service team via email. In accordance to current health and hygiene regulations, unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund earring products, unless your jewellery is faulty. Returns can only be processed on products that are still in the original gift packaging and have not been worn.
How long will it take to get my refund?
We aim to process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will be notified via email when we have processed the refund. Please allow a further 2-5 working days for your account to either be credited or for an exchange/replacement item to be sent out to you.
